Return & Shipping Policy

EXCHANGES
  • ALL SALE ITEMS (or items bought with a discount) ARE FINAL SALE! No exchanges or returns!
  • There are no refunds, Exchanges ONLY for store credit.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • To start an exchange, please email info@bintmikailscloset.com with your order number, full name, and the item/s you would like to exchange with.  (Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted).
  • If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. (Item/s must be shipped within 7 days after receiving). Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend you add tracking or shipping insurance to the item/s. Bint Mikail's Closet will not be responsible for any lost item/s. (If the item/s is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value).

SHIPPING 

Please allow 1-2 business days (does not include weekends) for your order to be processed before being shipped. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we are unable to cancel your order once it has shipped.

Please note that international shipping takes up 21 business days to arrive. We are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs. 

Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular customs charges may be. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office for more information and customs fees.

LOST ITEMS 

Bint Mikail's Closet is NOT responsible for any lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses and carrier errors. If your order has been returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, it will not be reshipped until the customer pays the shipping fee. Once Bint Mikail's Closet ships your item/s with the designated shipping company, we are not responsible for the duration of the shipment process. If your item/s have been delivered and you did not receive your order, please contact your carrier. 

DAMAGES OR INCORRECT ORDER

Please inspect your order upon receiving and email us immediately at info@bintmikailscloset.com if the item/s is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
